Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes every day. This is an excellent stress buster and increases your concentration as you pay attention to what is happening around you. You will be surprised to hear the various sounds of nature and life around you, when you are silent. There may be sounds that you never heard of. While your tongue isnt moving, your other senses are optimized and you can feel the difference. Make this a practice and this will have you looking forward to it every day.
