Phrasal Verb


Phrasal verbs are two or more words that come together to give us a new verb with a different meaning from the original words.


Phrasal Verb:
move out (of some place)

Meaning / Example:

1. to leave a place; to leave; to begin to depart. (Especially in reference to a large number of persons or things.)
> The crowd started to move out of the area about midnight.

2. to leave a place of residence permanently.
> We didn't like the neighborhood, so we moved out of it.
