Phrasal Verb
Phrasal verbs are compound verbs that result from combining a verb with an adverb or a preposition. The resulting compound verb is idiomatic.
Phrasal Verb:
vacuum something out
Meaning:
to clean an enclosed area out with a vacuum cleaner.
Example:
Can you vacuum out the car?
